So what is NBA Sim League Basketball?
What it is not is a game of luck or one that is played by girls.
Technically it’s a game with a random generator that allows GM’s (Players) to control an NBA franchise, to manage the playing team roster and strategy and make free agent signings and trade agreements. In a well run League you get to play against 29 other GM’s who want to show why they have more skill when it is all said and done.
In reality it is a trade fest with unrivalled attention to detail, drafts and plenty of controversy. 
Where else can you totally rebuild your team in one off season and then at the end of the season do it all over again.
There are various gaming programmes, the most commonly used is NBA "whatever" on X box or PS3, which would explain why the common perception is that these types of leagues are shit and not the unrivalled trade junkies ultimate addiction that they actually are.
